A M3 owner will get his MCS 06 soon
Yesterday when I visited the BMW dealer, while looking around, a M3 owner suddenly came to me and ask about my opinion about the MCS; I tell him all about my feeling (Go kart feel, how fast and fun after mods and etc). He then says thanks and he said he will order a 06 MCS tomorrow! lol
After all he said he will keep his M3 since he found it is more relax to drive everyday, and will share the MCS to his wife. I joked that I would like to trade my MCS with his M3 though, lol.
and saw the new 335 coupe and the BMW Z M coupe.... Man, the M coupe in red is super nice! It is so beautiful when it is in red! What a car....
On the other hand, the 335 coupe is a bit weird imo.... Looks huge, long... and in some angle, it reminds me the Accord coupe
I think the 4 doors 335i which they are going to release will be nicer. :P
BTW, I just persuaded 2 persons to purchase the Mini S in a month (Previously was the Honda Prelude owner), maybe Mini Canada should consider hire me as a dealer, lol.

I had a 2003 M3 (Carbon) with SMG. Pretty car, drove great, really held the road well in rain. Great acceleration. Sold it because I got bored and quite frankly wasn't crazy about the SMG (or the manual 6 speed shifter). I did get a lot of compliments on the M3 though...
I believe the Mini is more fun to drive. Seriously...They both have their pros and cons. But the Mini is just "easier" to get into and have fun. At least for me. I like the Mini's shorter clutch travel and shorter throw of the shifter.

Thought you were talking about me when I read the header !!! I have just custom ordered a 2006 in Chili Red / White roof with JCW and am trading in my 2005 ZCP M3 for it. Originally bought the M3 in place of a 2003 Cooper S BRG / White and prefer the Mini over the M3 especially when you factor in the costs.
LoL, great to see so many Mini Cooper S owners came from another super cars!
Funny that the guy I talked to, he mentioned the same opinion as both of you M3 owners (he actually owns a M3 convertible). He said he would like to have fun with the MCS and the M3 is more like everyday driving car... His wife is the one who was the most excite though after all, and glad they will get the manual transmission + LSD, I told them it is a must, lol.
