Has anyone done this yet? I know it's probably not the right thing to do, but the question came up and I wanted to know if anyone has done this without a problem.

I personally wouldn't go through a car wash with or without rally lights, due to personal experiences with scratching (on more than one occasion). Wash it your self and save the money, and paint.

I've taken my car through one with the rally lights but it was a touchless systems, with only water jets hitting the car. I would not recommend using a automatic touch car wash, not worth the risk of damage.

I've used the touchless and it doesn't affect the rally lights - I prefer to wash the car myself but sometimes I'll take it to the touchless then take it home and hand wash it. It usually only gets the top layer of dirt off anyway.

In the winter when I CAN NOT wash by hand, I go to a touchless. I have the rally lights and its fine.
