Since I work in an elementary school and today was the last day of school, I will spend as much time this weekend in my 'jammies. Thinking about trying to install my Ipod adapter on Sunday.
Usually we have a big Memorial day pool party but I just wasn't into it this year for some reason. I really want to catch up on sleep!!!!

Memorial Day plans

My wife and i were planning to go to a Rennaisance Faire in Corona CA but the case of strep thats mutating in my throat might force a rethink.

I worked on Friday.

Saturday, we have a Wild Game Dinner and Fun Shoot at the Sporting Clays Club

Sunday, I have a high school graduation to go to...and the graduation present won''t be here 'til the 6th GRRRRR

Monday, I'm thinking about installing an Aero Kit Grille in a buddy's MINI and maybe washing my poor filthy MINI.

Somehow, I don't think I'm going to win the "Coolest Weekend Award"...

I have the coolest plans, but then, I can't tell you what they are or you would have them too and then I would have to kill you and I don't even know who you are or more importantly, if you have a Big Dog!

Contributed CCC$ to our local public radio station in return for a bus trip
and pair of tickets to A Prairie Home Companion (Garrison Keillor's show)
which is at Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA tonight. This show usually sells out a
couple hours after tickets go on sale, too. Just hanging around Sun & Mon.

Well, its all Cool. Just having a MINI and shooting the scat on NAM. I just got done getting a winter's worth of dog hair out of the Pepper's cracks and crevacises and rubbed on some much needed Vinylux. Next, the Suzuki, , rear bumper protector is going on while the MINI's spotless. Oh yeah, I did catch the last few minutes of F1 qualifying with Schumi's end of quali incident which prevented Alonso from taking over P1. Anyway... enjoy the day because any day you wake up is the Coolest considering the alternative.

Two important things:

  • Went up Mt. Evans (14,246 ft, paved all the way) in the MINI on Friday
  • Sunday, neighborhood BrewSwap (a la Dragon)
  • 4 soccer games with Boy
Monday, he rested.

Originally posted this under the wrong thread, hehe:

My plans were pretty cool! I drove 2000 miles (there and back) to visit 2ndminiac for the weekend. Cannot wait to do it again!

Lemme tell ya, I bought a new antenna for my CB radio, increased my range to hear "Bear" warnings from truckers from about 1 mile to prolly 5-10. Very handy.
