I was able to get into the computer test or w/e and eventually got to the supposed production date. It says 305. It is supposed to in the order calender week/year. Does that mean that it was born in the 3rd week of january of 05? I went to the dealer one day in may, and picked this one out. My dealer got 4 more because they won some customer satisfaction award. So was it the 3rd week of jan, or march, of 05?

When do you think it was built? My first impression when seeing the number was that it was number of days, either in the calendar year or in the model year. Again, that's just an impression based more on programming experience since I have zero actual knowledge here. :D

 

It was built between jan of 05 and april of 05. I bought it in may, and when I went to the dealer, it was still wraped in plastic.

 

It is March 05. My '06 was produced in the 4th week in January and the date on the door jamb says 1/06.
