congrats! did you get an estimated date of production yet? if so, find the corresponding week and either join or start the thread relating to that week in the 1st gear forum. If you want to get a sense of the wait... read some of the week threads from the past. My week thread (45) is still going and there is a TON of info on how to track and daily updates from a lot of us whenever there were changes. I can honestly say that the next 6 weeks are going to be SOOO painful. they are, however, so very worth it. It's almost like a badge of honor and you'll appreciate your car so much more once you get it!

Congratulations! I believe my wait was 8 weeks to the day. I tracked "April"
from the day she was "in production" to the day she landed at the port in NY on the Boheme. :-) MINI fever got really bad for me but the day of pickup was SWEET.

I ordered my mini last Saturday! It hasn't been a week and it feels like it has been well over a month!

What he said. (I was in week 35 of 2005) Another great way to spend the time is to join a local MINI club if one is nearby. They'll warmly welcome you and support you during your wait and you'll get involved with their activities, and the time will fly... well maybe trot. And congrats on your MINI... tell us more about it.
