I don't know about the clock, but coverting from the 3-spoke wheel to the 2-spoke is possible and has been done. I believe the 2-spoke is still available in Europe. Granted, the conversion is not cheap.

I would also say the 2005 (because I have one). And Consumer Reports finally has recommended the mini cooper based on the 2005 model. ski [IMG]images/smilies/thumb-up.gif[/IMG]

I'd go with the '05 due to the better gearing. I did.
