just found out that most of the ones that missed the boat had arrived at the terminal a few days before the boat left ,, most of the cars that got on the boat arrived the same day they loaded it,, looks like it is first in last out,, so much for waiting your turn in line

The Takasago was overbooked, and quite a few of us missed it. The next boat to the West Coast is the Otello, which left today. The next boat to the East Coast is the Aida, which was scheduled to arrive in Southampton on the 23rd. However, it's been delayed.
Use the WW site to track your MINI during it's shipping. Bring up your Cargo Status via the last 7 digits of your VIN number. It should read BOOKED, ARRIVED AT TERMINAL... and if you're on a ship, LOADED ON VESSEL. To check which vessel you're loaded on, or going to be loaded on, check the upper left hand corner of the page. There should be a ship name, and a voyage hyper-link showing you the ship's current schedule.
If you're one of the few who have a REMOVED status last, and are still showing the Takasago, you missed the boat and are in the process of being rebooked. Most likely you will be rebooked on the Aida, which is nearly a week away yet.
If you're having problems connecting or understanding the cargo tracker, post your last 7 digits of your VIN here and someone can look it up and explain.
My MINI missed the Takasago but was loaded onto the Otello. Now all I have to do is wait...
which isn't easy.
