The Beauvallon luxury ($200K to $2.2 million) condominiums in Denver is improving on the "free ceiling fan, free microwave premium" when they sell a new condo. They are giving away a 2004 MINI Cooper to anyone who signs a contract on a unit by March 1, 2003. They include "BMW" I think just for the aliteration. Ugh!

Maybe it's a good thing that it's so easy to personalize a MINI. Beauvallon residents might otherwise have trouble quickly locating theirs in the garage.
