Passing smog with a modifed MCS

Just curious if any of you have experience with how all the different possible performance modifications affect your ability to pass the CA smog test....

I was thinking about a number of potential modifications but wanted to get some feedback on how difficult this will make it to pass smog.

What affect would:
Cold air intake, Borla Cat back exhaust, 15% pulley, Cylinder head/valve job, throttle body and cam shaft have on smogability? I can think of dozens of other things I'd like to do, but just wanted to throw out a fe things to think about... Anyone?
