turned over 1,200 miles today on cooper with only one problem .everytime i see a vlkswgon beetle the owner stares at my car giving me the look as if to say,"gee,i shoulda bought a mini..." who are these people who drive those overpriced beetle bugs anyway?
2nd problem: everytime i drive cooper, i run into senior citizens wearing funny looking hats such as berets and those wierd flat hats cab drivers wear driving hondas,mazdas and hyndai's who want to race me. "who are these people..."

I don't get too many "ya wanna race" looks. Maybe once they see the driver, they forget about it. I do have a lot of explaining to do: "What kinda car is that anyway?" But somehow...Volkwagon owners haven't asked...they already seem to know.

i get the funniest looks when i'm driving by the 2 mini billboards by my house!
i've noticed that people in VW beetle's do seem to look pissed!
i'm glad my wife let me use her beetle as the down payment for our mini!
