I've just read a couple...

One already mentioned (Corky Bells' Supercharged!) is reviewed here, I've finished Graham Bell's excellent read, Forced Induction Performance Tuning, reviewed here. I just finished Probst's "Bosch Fuel Injection and Engine Managment", and excellent read, but not about supercharging, more to get a background on what our ECUs do, and right now I'm reading "Gasoline-Engine Management: Motronic Systems" by Bosch to get a bit more up to date on the Motronic design.

Of all of these, I reccoment the two Bell books, and the Probst. The Bosch book can best be described at "qualitative", good background, but doesn't give you insite on doing modifications.
