Seems there have been a number of folks who have picked up their Minis recently. How long was it from your production date to pick up? Did you have production date changes? Were there shipping delays? I'm trying to get a time frame for when to expect arrival. My production date is 7-19, and as of yesterday, I'm 152-- so far it looks on schedule.

 

My production date was June 14, and on that day the mini website changed to 'awaiting transport'. Within a week of the 14th, it changed to 'en route'. It was at the distribution center (in New Jersey) by July 1. I picked up my car July 6 in Hartford. (I placed my order April 13) I feel very lucky to be motoring already with all I have read here.

 

My production date was 6/28 and the baby was unloaded from the ship in Charleston on 7/11. Just waiting for the dealer to call.

 

I wish I could have been as lucky as you guys and not had to wait and wait and wait.....(it's not FAIR!)

 

Yea, LMini but I put my order in the first week in March so I've been waiting for 5 months! I'm ready for my car.

 

I guess because it's an S you had a longer wait....if I had ordered an S from the dealership that I did at the time that I did they told me I wouldn't have my car until like December (which I think is a crock, but whatever)....my car was produced in the beginning of June and has been sitting around in England since then....that is all I am saying....and I ordered my regular Cooper in the beginning of April! I just don't understand why they can't ship in order of production....those of us who's cars were produced a long time ago are sure getting hosed!
