Repairing Scratches on LCD?

Hey everyone...

My boss just got an Audi S4 with the navigation, and he just discovered a couple scratches in the screen. The dealer told him he could probably get it repaired, but they had nobody to suggest.

Have any of you experienced this and successfully gotten your LCD repaired on your MINIs?

is that just the LCD (TFT), or is there a touchpanel on top of the display?
