Sounds like it is resolving itself. They still owe you money for the mistake on the LSD option?

Actually, only the invoice was screwed up. I paid the amount I was supposed to pay for everything. So, they need to correct the invoice for book keeping and shipping back to the USA. Other than the cold weather stuff, is all that is missing.

Oh yes, here in Germany, heated mirrors are essential as they tend to fog a lot. For me, the seats are simply a plus....

I'll post the resolution soon. Germans tend to take a little longer to resolve things than americans do. For them it is all about the paperwork. Customer service is usually very good here, but you have to be ready to wait a little and I would rather have it done right than messed up. So, I'll keep you guys posted.
