here's info on Carnica. they're primarily spray paint/filler type mobil service but they have their own shop. they started PDR as well..well, some tech
goes by there every week or something.

I think I'm going to take my digital camera with me to the dealer when I drop mine off and take close ups of every panel. That way if they dent it I'll have proof that it was them. I'll take the pictures right in front of the service rep!!!!

 

good luck convincing them they gave you a ding even if you have total proof. They'd probably act the same as if you accused them of stealing your change.
