I placed my royal grey mini's order on 7/29/05 at South Bay Mini and i've been patiently waiting since then. I've been checking my owners lounge almost everyday for the past couple weeks and today its at the distribution center. I was just wondering how much longer i'm going to have to wait until I get to take my baby home. I'm in socal btw. Thanks!

 

Mine got to the dist center 10/5 but I don't have it yet.

 

I was able to pick up my 2005 MCSC from South Bay MINI the day after it arrived at Port Heuneme VDC. Call your MA and ask - you may be pleasantly surprised. I've heard that it can take a couple of weeks, depending on things like the distance from the VDC to the dealer, the amount of prep work required at the VDC to get it ready to roll, and the number of MINIs arriving at your dealer from the same shipping vessel. More than a couple of weeks, and I'd start squawking.

By the way, if you're basing your info about your MINI's location, my experience was that the Owner's Lounge was not accurate, once the car left the factory.
