Hello Miniacs!!

Quick question for ya.....while doing my MCS builds on MiniUsa, I see that the stock r84's in the wheel list for $726.......I would like to buy the 16inch r90's.
They list at $771.....keeping the stock tires, would the dealer swap these and only charge me the labor to swap and balance the r90's?? Or would I be charged the $771 outright? Any insight or experience would be appreciated.

Dealers don’t like to put the time into dealing letting you pay the difference and getting you the new wheels and tires. Then they are stuck with what to do with basically even if not driven they are considered USED tires and wheels.



I am guessing your dealer will tell you the same...if so..



see if you cant get the dealer to give you a deal on the 2nd pair, and sell the 1st on ebay...you might get a few 100 for them. But that is better than nothing.......

Or, you could order the web spokes, put them on ebay and make enough to pay for your new rims and tires. The two sets of web spokes I watched on ebay went for over $1200 for a set with curb rash and over $1700 for a brand new set.

 

Where are you located? I we might be able to work something out. I need new tires...
