They're still available, just in a new version. The new version of the circuit incorporates the auto-up, Track Mode DSC, and Auto Front Fogs in one standard $45 unit. The only "upgrade" now is if you want the circuit to control a garage door opener.

(I'm still wishing we could cajole Ian into making a similarly-wonderful circuit for the convertible top...)

I just got mine a week ago. Not sure if its the "new" version or not. The instructions didnt mention the "auto fog" or "DSC off" funtions as standard. He has since updated his website with the new circut info.
I will go check it out. He did refund me 9.00 the other day from my original payment. Maybe thats why.

I've been using his new circuit for over a month . . . and I love it.

I even got the 12V feed for the garage door opener, and, like I told Ian, for some reason the range has trippled even though the opener is now tucked away behind the circuit board instead of just velcroed under the steering wheel by my left leg.

I was one of the installs! thanks Agro! I'm not sure I could have done it on my own and my hands aren't too big!

I love this mod. Great, great, great, great!

Just give me your convertible for a month or so, and let me disassemble it

Just had an idea about that:
The 12V the MINI circuit feeds it is 12V from the car - it's really 13V or so when the engine is running. Maybe the extra voltage gives more range.

And was your garage door opener originally powered by a 9V? Some are 9V, some are 12V.

When you order a GDO version, you specify a 9v or 12v circuit. The 9v model comes with the special 9v battery connection (and costs slightly more) than the 12v which comes with a couple of wires that you attach to the battery connections inside the opener.
