What has been your experience?

 

really good, why? Peter is a great guy to deal with and will take time to talk to you about anything.

 

I've always been able to get hold of him when my cell phone works ...call and talk to him:smile:

 

theres allready a thread on how kool these dudes are..........peace!

 

When I haven't gotten through to Peter, I left a message and he called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Heck, I even called once before they were open and I didn't leave a message. Peter got my number from the caller ID and called me back anyway. That's pretty good customer service IMO.

I called Peter on three different phones trying to get a hold of him. He called all three back. He ain't perfect but he is diligent.

 

Answers his phone after hours, and follows up. Can't get any better than that. PS: has a good sense as to what works for your goals. Give him an A+

 

While Peter was in Hawaii a few months ago, I saw him talking to customers on his cell phone (he had his calls forwarded I guess). I have never bought anything directly from him but from what I saw he seems like someone who is ALWAYS available.

 

Great people! Peter has taken me out of a bind or two.

 

Peter and Randy are great. Peter promised my 440s by Friday....they were in my hands FEDX this morning (Thursday). Easy to get a hold of.....innovative.....all products have been as good or better than promised......free with helpful info.


To top it off Peter told me that he will talk me through the injector installation as I'm doing it. I won't need his help but that was a gracious offer.

Randy works in the "movie" business and answered his phone on a set the other day.......wispered to me some quick info ... I was impressd

 

They are absolutely the best. Period.

 

just got off the phone w/peter after say.. maybe an hour he's kool people

im flyin' into long beach on sunday....it would be kool 2meet him since hes not to far from where i'll be vacationin'

 

m7 are good people. Both Peter and Randy are good guys. You guys should also see Peter race, good stuff. . The best move I ever saw him make was at Big Willow. Down the main straight he was smoked by a Dodge Viper, then just as the Viper came back into the racing line to take the left turner, Pete came out of the line, outbraked the Viper, and smoke passed him good in the turn, on the inside, it was great.
