Warping -black is notorious for absorbing heat
Heat mated with thin metal roof = warp

I'm still leaning towards the IB/Blk but the IB/W is just so classic.

 

We wanted the sunroof and we thought the sunroof would look better with the ib/b. I was worried that the black stripe would get lost on the ib, but from the pictures I've seen they look good. The white pin-stripes help.

Isn't having a choice great!

 

I prefer the IB/BLK. Here is a picture with my new stripes. There is 1 more in the member galleries.

 

Here is a picture of my IB/B with custome stripes. The combo is SWEEEEET!

What a weak argument against the black roof in the MINI. Just say...you don't like it, but comparing ANY black roof MINI with a '79 Buick Riviera with Landau roof is a very lame attempt at justifying a weak argument against it.
