Here's the thing. What a woman may say in words is not necessarily what she means, especially when it pertains to the relationship. For example, my wife's fear of me on the track is one of security. The fix was two fold: 1. Don't tell her how fast I ride. 2. Carry plenty of life insurance. This covers all the real fears and meets her needs. She is not thrilled with my sport but she nevers says a word, either. In fact, she hangs out at the track at every opportunity.

It is also OK to expect your partner to be clear on what her needs are. A woman, for some odd reason, expects her man to read her mind. That doesn't work very well.
Be careful out there. Next time you guys go to the track, check her pocketbook--she may have the life insurance policies with her: that way she doesn't have to go back to the house to get them on the way to the insurance company.

Yikes!! That sucks. So far i've put almost 8000 miles on my 05 problem free. Knock on wood. LOL Doesn't always matter how much you pay for a car as to how well it's built. Although I would say my mini seems to be built very well for what I paid for it. My aunt had an 04 (brand new then)caddy that she paid over $40,000 for and it was in the shop a week later b/c it wouldn't start. Go figure. For the next few weeks it was in and out seems like 10 times for other stuff. Don't know if it was the dealer that didn't fix it right the first time or what. I would suggest talking with the dealer manager or the mini manager and see what can be done once and for all before the warranty runs up... Just my 2 cents.
