Unplugging the battery?!

Hey NAM,

Quick question, how would I go about unplugging the battery? Any precautions that I may have to take other than the normal ones? I've unplugged batteries before but never on a Mini. I'm just curious if it will cause any issues with rebooting the system or what not. Will I have to worry about any options being lost or HK Radio problems?

Thanks!
-Nick

Nothing different than any other car. Just don't close the boot.

Ditto on the boot thing; climbing over the seats from inside to re-connect the battery because you slammed the boot shut will inevitably elicit colorful language while you wrestle with the rear shelf/cover. Some of us are destined to learn some things the hard way.

Also, you should only have to re-set your clock.
