The permanent smile is now etched into my face. I have picked up my beauty. Here are a few quick pics I took at the dealership. I will have more exciting and detailed pictures within the next few days, when work schedules allow it.

Oh, and my boss told me to not bother coming back into work after picking up the car! Many cool points for that.

Anyhoo, the pics:

They're kind of large... So here are just links to them:

Okay, so I lied in the other post! I had to check out Nugget's shipmate before signing off! Really nice! NOW I'm leaving to pick up my little morsel!

damn. that's exactly the color combo I was going to get. I still have to wait another year or longer though. I'll be on the lookout for your car. If you find finger/face prints on your side windows and some fresh drool just below the prints it was somebody else, not me. You can't prove it was me.

VERY nice! A shame though that you Virginians have to put that ugly @$$ sticker on your windshield AND put on a front plate. But your car is beautiful!

Rev, I'll ignore the prints, but just wipe the drool off when you're done.

Yeah, it's kind of a double-sucky thing to have stickers in the front middle, and a front plate. But oh well.

Same exact color scheme as my MINI which I should be picking up next week. (and same exact dealer for that matter) You're pictures are making me salivate. I'll have to remind Jeff of your car when I pick up mine (expecially since I'm an MCSa too, he's probably going to do a double take - "didn't I just see this car last week!")

Great choice in colors, it is almost exactly like mine! I knew what I wanted to get as far as color and packages, and when I went to my Mini dealer, they had one very close to what I was going to order in stock. They had the color I wanted, with the three packages I wanted (Sport, Premium and Cold), but it had the web-spoke wheels and chrome line interior. I didn't want to wait all summer, so I took it. The only difference I can see is you have different wheels, and mine isn't an automatic. Oh, and your weather is sunny, and all I have is rain.

Same exact color combo as mine too! Mine will be arriving this Saturday at the port, so figure about another two weeks and she'll be mine!

Good luck with the precious beauty and enjoy!

Beautiful car!

Was your MINI on Maersk Teal that just arrived NY arround the 15th of this month? If that's the case, it's really fast from VDC to your dealer.

We should start a HB/B club!

I picked mine up Tuesday afternoon, here it is Thursday evening and I already have close to 400 miles on it so far. The poor baby is filthy. We have been getting a lot of rain lately, but I can't stop driving my new MINI. It handled great in the rain, and the wipers worked great.

I've used way too many smilies in this post, I must stop that.
