Black on Black MCS

Hey, all. I haven't seen anyone do it yet on NAM, but I saw this beautiful solid black MCS with black bonnet stripes at Momentum! Unbelievably beautiful! I was told that the stripes were put at the dealership. With tinted windows, this MINI actually looked a little dangerous!

Micia is home now and I will be posting pics this weekend! I am so in love! I have never driven a car that makes going the speed limit fun! And the H/K? Amazing! I love the sound! I took one of my favorite CDs for delivery and listened to it all the way home while I fluctuated my speed and RPMs. We (my big brother and I) took the Beltway home, so I didn’t get to go as slow as I wanted, but I made up for that later on my way to work.

Hey, a word of advice! If you decide to tint the windows, don’t forget that you will need to wait three days until you can use the convertible and windows! Thankfully, someone thoughtfully designed that amazing sunroof feature! Whew! I was almost crushed; not completely, of course, considering how much fun the MINI is to drive regardless.

Sounds like a sweet car you've got for yourself. What did you mean by "didn't get to go as slow as I wanted"?! Not exactly a typical reaction to a new MINI!

Going Slow...

I was always the odd duck... I LOVE speed, but I was told to vary it and RPMs in every gear. I never had a chance to try to the low range during my trip home. Something about even wear... Truth be told, I am having a blast going any speed.
