today I found a S body that is made to fit the tamiya m-03L

Just recently I got the bug to get a rc mini. I have had rc cars for 20 years of my life. but never an on road car. sice I had all the gear I picked up a tamiya m-01 monte carlo used off ebay. But the body needed replacing but the chrome is good. Then I got a partially assembled M-03 off ebay with an esc, almost all the options and a new mini body. I have already added every Tamiya option to it. But today on ebay while looking for good deals on Tamiya mini coopers and parts came across this on ebay.
Brand new !! LEXAN Mini Cooper S replica Tamiya body. Wheelbase is 235mm to fit Tamiya M Chassis. Exclusively made by Kamtec Models in 1mm clear Lexan. It is a good reproduction of the Tamiya Mini but has been modified to look like a Cooper S. Changes are to the bonnet , front skirt and rear skirt and I can email you more detailed pics on request. Oh by the way these Mini's are sweet. the m-01 is faster than the m-03 but the m-03 handles better. I also ordered an after market gear set for the M-03 that should bring the gear ratio up to spec with the m-01. Man these are fun.

Hey does anybody know with the release of the mini cooper and the mini cooper monte carlo in the XB line will they release the body sets for these too? or will I be forced to buy yet another M-03 to get a new monte carlo body.

Really honey 4 rc mini's is not excessive. really it is not.

I do slot cars...I'm not coordinated enough for rc!
