R50/53 LoJack Alternatives Anyone?

I just picked up my Mini today and the dealership mentioned that besides the LoJack, Mini had not come out with a standard alarm system like big brother BMW...How can they not have a standard alarm system?? Anywho..any suggestions from anyone on alarm alternatives besides LoJack (which by the way is NOT an alarm)..

you should ask your dealer about it...

Yeah thanks....I will ask my dealer again..I just got around to reading about the standard alarm in the owner's manual...I'm sure they will come back and say something like "oh thats not for the US MCOs"...California dealers should be put on lie detectors while selling. I will suggest this to my dealer to see what he says
