R50/53 Only "S" Stripes Now??

Only "S" Stripes Now??
Well I just picked up my 05 Cooper. To my surprise there were "S" stripes and not Cooper stripes on it. Meaning they are white with the black pinstripe instead of just white. My MA told me that this is how all the cars now come. Can anyone who very recently picked up an 05 Cooper confirm this? Even so, they look very sharp so its no big deal. Just curious.

Sorry I can't answer your question about the stripes. When we were ordering our 05' MCSC, on the dealer option sheet, I thought I did see the Cooper stripes listed (all white - no black stripe). Ours has the black side stripe because it's an S...maybe somebody else will pipe in if they know..:smile:
