i put 7000 miles on it in 2.5 mths and just had to park it. i brought a s10 for the commute and save Midlife for the w/e. it isn't easy to leave it at home but it feels more special on the w/e, if that's possible.

My MC has been sitting safe and secure in the garage for 148 days so far, waiting for me to come back from Thailand for a good thrash through the twisties!

 

Since I have 51,000 miles on my 2 year old MC I would say that I motor a fair amount. It does sit idle sometimes for a weekend, particularily when I am doing home projects. Don't want to throw bags of mulch into the Mini, so I throw them in my crappy beat up Honda Civic instead .
