An electrical journey...

Hello fellow motor-ers - I am the original owner of a 2004 R50 base, manual transmission, pepper white MINI. I haven't had any gremlins until recently and am hoping someone here has some advice.
I'll list the events in chronological order (all occurred within the last 12 months).
  • Car Alarm going off while parked undisturbed and not running - in driveway and in garage
  • Persistent rough idle -> Replaced MAF Sensor
  • Original clutch died -> Replaced clutch
  • THE NEXT DAY - car would not start, no crank no power - trickle charged the battery, cleaned all connections. Started and ran fine.
  • New AMG battery about a week later. No issues but after about six weeks...
  • Car started without issue, while idling (even after 15-20 minutes and engine warm) the car would stall briefly and RESTART ITSELF! Occurred 3x over a 4 day period.
  • = New Ignition switch
  • A month later - new front brakes (needed due to wear) and spark plugs
  • ONE WEEK LATER - went to leave work and had absolutely NO power - key fob wouldn't work, no dash/lights, no crank. Connected to a jump starter - did not work initially but once disconnected the alarm chirped briefly, I had dash lights, gave it a go and it started. Before leaving the parking lot it almost stalled but seemed to catch itself and keep running. Was able to drive to my mechanic (about a 1/2 mile).
The shop has had my car for a little over 2 weeks. They routinely start and drive the car without any stalls or loss of power. They did provide DME codes found in the engine - 001693, 001692, 000603.
And more codes based on the voltage/power interruption event - 005df4, 005e16, 005e19, 000050, 00000f, 000020, 005523, 00006d, 000090, 000003.
OK folks, any guesses???
Thank you kindly for any suggestions/feedback. Please help me keep Oreo on the road!

that's a pretty tough diagnosis. i would be curious what kind of elements the car is exposed to and wonder if maybe you've got a failing module somewhere

Hello - thank you for the reply! I am in the Midwest U.S. so we get all seasons - sometimes within the same day : ) The MINI has had a garage for about the last 9-10 years.
