Help with parts, service and upgrades

Hey guys,

I have a 2006 manual r53 with 153k miles, that I’m in the process of replacing/upgrading parts. I’ve got some rather time intensive work coming up, and I figured it’s best to replace stuff while I have the car in service mode and have things pulled apart.

Parts I’m replacing/upgrading:
-Supercharger belt and tensioner
-Installing TPE precision charge pipe
-New timing chain tensioner
-Canton aluminum coolant reservoir with a 16psi cap
-Detroit tuned supercharger bypass valve(Undecided)
-WMW 60 mm big throttle body (Undecided)
-Installing RMW shorty header with the high-flow cat (Cat is bad on the stock header)
-Replacing all engine mounts with Vibratechnics road (Upper mount, stabilizer, and tranny mount)
-PRW Fluid crank pulley
-Idler Pulley

I eventually will be throwing 450cc injectors, along with the RMW dominator cam, and Jans custom tune, but that will all be later down the line. I also plan on installing the Jesus head, but that will be significantly further down the line

Not sure if it matters, but the current list of mods is:
-15% reduction pulley
-AFE CAI
-Invidia N1 exhaust
-NGK iridium spark plugs and wires

Is there anything else that I should be looking at replacing/servicing while I’m in there? Is there any of these I shouldn’t do, or should wait to do? My goal for the car is to be a fun street build/ canyon carver, with occasional track days. I don’t mind sacrificing some comfort, to get a better performing/more reliable build, as long as it’s still pretty daily drivable. The supercharger was serviced 8k miles ago, and the water pump replaced along with it, so those should be solid for a while.

Sorry for the wall of text, I just wanted to provide as much info as possible. Thanks in advance for any and all advice

Envious - sounds like a fun build.
If you're going to upgrade your crank pulley, belt and idler, cam + ...
If you haven't done so already (@ 150k mi), you might want to consider a new timing chain + guides, oil cooler and housing gaskets and possibly oil pan gasket.

Just my novice input/thoughts

Supercharger fluid and gaskets for the supercharger.
Make sure the Aux fan and main fan spin freely and are rusted up. Run the ac to test both.
Front suspension parts, LCAB, and check the P/S hoses for leaks.

Powerflex control arm bushings. Worth checking front hubs as well. Not sure of your location, but look inside the control arms themselves. I am in NY, and the right front control arm rusted from the inside, and broke. Not a good story.
