I Live in Germany so once I hit the Nurnburg Ring tomorrow 27th of May ill upload the times and some pictures on my JCW, I look forward to hearing your ideas and opinions on my car.

Last thing I got the car for 26k with 1000 miles on her, no bluetooth, nav, sunroof or connect I thought it was a good deal?

 

First post, welcome! You're off to one heck of a good start I'm looking forward to hearing/seeing your "Ring" experience. Post pics when you can. Any chance of getting your car on a dyno? I would love to see what numbers you are making with the mods. Also, share your thoughts on each mod, did they help/enhance performance or just cosmetic. I have a JCW as well and I'm really interested in which mods really improve on an already great factory built/tuned car. Staying tuned.

Yes I will post ASAP all my results from the ring and dyno. After all the mods I made so far I'm glad I did the intake system, because the car screams while boosting. What did you think about the price I paid far enough?

Your wish list is very similar to mine. Although my budget for the year is spent :-(
Be sure to add some sort of motor mount upgrade, such as the NM insert. Best $60 you can spend.

 

I'll have to look into that motor mount.
I didn't make it to the nurnburg ring yesterday because the hot side boost tube got blown off randomly so I fixed it, it's now shooting a code but I'm going to the ring in a few hours here.
@Tazminian you have any videos of how you cars sounds, to do something with my exhaust but in not really sure. I have an electric cutout but I'm not 100% on it

Sorry no recordings of Taz. Did a dyno run and stood there going 'wow that sounds great' forgetting my iPhone the entire time. That's how awesome it sounded ;-)

Im tring to get the Nurnburgring run on here but its a big file, I ran about a 11:40 on my first lap, it was a huge rush and really crazy with all the other cars. On my second run i ran a 10:33, i plan on keep running so i hope to learn the track better.

Is the rumor true that the Nurburgring is in financial difficulty and may be headed into bankruptcy, mostly due to the added attractions away from the tracks which are profitable, it's on my bucket list of things to do!!
