Crank No Start

Hey guys hoping to be educated with ideas. I'm stumped and loosing motivation...

I have a 2003 R53, since buying I've had issues with is.

1. Flex Pipe on manifold went ( New exhaust manifold Miltek to match cat back)
2. Battery kept draining (Replaced (Guessed it was to do with the radio))
3. Fuel Level knackered on the pump (Replaced Pump)
4. Blowing & loss of power, like a vacuum leak somewhere
5. Wouldn't start (FML)

In that order.

I then decided to stick it on stands and start to tear it down. Starting with Replacing the starter motor, Oil & Filter change, Auxiliary hose kit fitted, Coolant flush, Snoot Boots changed. I then found the FPR Line missing from Fuel Reg to Intake Manifold so I bought one of those. While I was at it I had a ported and polished head so I did that and fitted new gasket and seals for that, rocker cover and oil sump in the sake of not having oil leaks and being thorough. I may have then accidentally ****ed my timing chain and had to buy a new kit and retime the engine. I've put the stock injectors back in due to no tune but it wont start.

Mods
Port & polished Cylinder head
Bigger Valves & Springs
17% Reduction Puller
PH4 Newman Cam
550CC Injectors (Not fitted ready for tuning)
Bigger Intercooler
New silicone Auxiliary Hoses
After Market Coil Pack & Leads
NGK BRK7 Spark plugs

Any and all ideas and tips welcome! If you need any pictures I can get them while I'm off the next couple of days.

Thanks in advance, Nate

Fuel, Air, Spark ... Start there. Check to see if the Crankshaft Position Sensor is clean and connected.

#4. There is a vacuum line connection under the intake that sometimes gets disconnected, or the connector goes bad causing a leak. check that. Also, the Gaskets for the Supercharger bellows can wear out and leak.

The supercharger gaskets bar the removable horn side I haven't touched. I had to buy a vacuum line for the intake as it was missing. And I managed to start the car today! I reset the ECU and it started first time. My only worry is not knowing if it sounds as it should for the mods on the car. I will have to get a better video but I'll post the one I've got so far.

Video share link below of the car running with a few low revs if you have a good ear.

Short video, but sounds good, run it up to operating temp and then check for codes.

I did that, the only code that came up was the O2 sensor stuck lean but unsure how as I’ve changed both sensors. I did notice that the exhaust manifold was slightly glowing lol but running temp was good.

I thought maybe with the extra displacement and stock injectors it can’t calculate it and is running rough.

As for the O2 sensor I think maybe it’s to do with the fact there’s no cat but both sensors are pre cat on the miltek manifold.

If you have any ideas please I’ll try them. I was wondering if it would be safe enough to ease it down the road and back rather than running it stationary.

Also I will try tomorrow after work to get a better idle running video for you to listen and watch.

sensor 2 is related the cat only. it monitors the efficiency of the cat. you removed the cat so the reading is off. you can code out this function. if you dont know how, i hear there's a dude on the forum that can do it for you.

Does this effect the ratios at all? Fuel etc? Could it run leaner because of said sensor?
