Back in a Mini after 15 years

I recently retired from the government (rather early - in my late 40’s), and in my boredom started looking at R53’s - I’m a sucker for a noisy supercharger.

I was willing to travel for the right car - I’ve bought corvettes across the country and always enjoy the drive home in the new car.

I found a local gem of a car that was owned by a mini cooper master mechanic at our local mini dealership. It’s had every major component replaced that typically fails and all kinds of Dinan goodies. The amazing part is the condition of the car! It is immaculate! Been a fun purchase to zip around town shuttling my kiddo to various sports events and trainings.

Wow, well bought I'd say. About all the fun you can have for 8500 bucks!
