Help with F5 fuse?

Ok got a weird one I have a 05 early build R53 and the original owner had the Mini accessory iPod adapter installed. Well the phone plug died and decided to buy a Bluetooth adapter that goes between factory harness and radio. However when I was installing the iPod had to splice in with its own harness so I had to buy a pigtail to replace it and all was well except two wires both purple and one with red stripe. So ever since I cut those two wires I lost my F5 fuse but all gauges work which I don’t understand. Ideas?

I read F5 dues gets it’s power by the imobilizer and the F5 circuit provides power to the instrument cluster module. Where is that located?
