R50/53 Rough BPV Close?

Rough BPV Close?
Hello! My R53 recently had the supercharger serviced. I changed the oil, water pump, thermostat, and got an OEM BPV.
When slowing down, around 1K rpm, the car will jolt a bit uncomfortably. I believe it’s when the bypass valve closes.
Can anyone shed light on this? Is this a characteristic of the car? Can I do anything to help it?

Just curious did you do the work yourself or hire a garage? Please don't say the Stealership...
