Valeo kit problem

Hi.

I recently replaced clutch to Valeo Solid Flywheel Conversion Kit 835024 and am having a problem.
When the car is in gear, I can feel the clutch pedal vibrating. Vibrations increase as the car warms up and when the revs are higher.
When the car is in neutral, everything is fine. Has anyone had a similar problem?
The sequence and torque for tightening the bolts was like in instruction. I even replace guide tube.

Sorry for my English.

did you clean and inspect the end of the crank before mounting the Valeo flywheel? I’m not an expert, but I believe anything caught between the crank face and flywheel (even small amounts of grit) can create uneven flywheel wear and vibrations. I just did the Valeo flywheel/clutch kit on my wife’s r53 and I have not noticed any pedal vibration.

How many miles do you have on the new clutch? Mine vibrated some for the first 60 miles or so and now it’s gone.
