Electronics failure after a wheel fell off

Hi all. I'm new here and a new r53 owner. Recently I bought an 03 cooper s, the guy I bought it from had put aftermarket wheels on it and short lug bolts(this is how I found out about the bolts) so while driving all four sheared off the left front tire and dropped the car onto said tire. There was no damage aside from the bolts and the trim piece, the hood is even still perfect. But now that I got it home the electrics have lost their minds. The airbag light rapidly flashes, the fan, fuel pump, and R1 relays all click in unison, and the thing won't even crank. I'm usually not much for new cars because of electronics so I'm completely lost. Any advice or help would really be appreciated.

Thanks.

Here is something to consider I think.

Be patient though, and see what others may think.

R53 Reset from MiniMania

Cheers,

Charlie

Thanks. I'll give that a shot once my lug bolts arrive.

Check battery. Low battery can cause all sorts of issues on these cars

also check grounds. Bentley has ground locations

Yikes! Glad you weren't hurt. Sounds like the electrical gremlins can be remedied pretty easily...

Thanks

Thanks for the help everyone. I cleaned the grounds and threw in a new battery after getting the wheels back on and she fired right up, no warning lights or anything
