Ok..I read it goes in line in-between pump and Injection point so I'm thinking I will install it under my hood just behind the check valve so it acts almost as a booster for the pump.
do I not run the check valve tvalvand run the selenoid instead ??
lol OK I git my answer...i WILL run the selenoid instead of the check valve. They do the same thing I guess BUT tests showed the check valve is pretty much useless below 35% pump duty cycle so I do plan on running my kit a progressive spray so I will want it flowing correctly even when it's in very low demand.. so I guess I'm glad I ordered that. It wasn't needed but it absolutely will help things perform correctly..
I'm hoping to finish the install tomorrow..

Ok lol so do I connect my selenoid to the Red wire from my pump so to turns on with the pump OR do I run it to the yellow wire ? The instructions are abit confusing.

Almost done , just few hoses to connect..now , when I fill it with water to do test sprays , how do I get all the water out then if everything is all good to go ?
I thiiiiiiiiiiiiiink I can just continuously press the purge button until it empties so if I don't find any other way that'll have to do...lol omg its ALMOST time to fill it and test it..

Kits running great , sofar I only tried my #2 nozzle and gains felt , egh. I definitely could tell it was working but I think I could inject much more so I switched to my #4 nozzle and soon as weather allows I will retest it.. but I ran across this good bit of info

When do you have it spraying? At what starting boost?

I was just going to ask you guys what you think best starting points would be ?
I'm max 20psi on hot days , i have a #1 nozzle installed on a stage 2x kit.. I want it to ALWAYS run on methanol and will be tuning fir it soon. I have provisions for running without meth encase of emergency. Anyways , do you think since it's a 2x stage injection and I'm running such a small nozzle should I start injection at 6psi ( so I can keep it out of boost if I needed encase of emergency) and fully engage with the 2nd stage at 15 psi ??? Or should I start at 9psi and then 2nd start at like 16psi..
I will be having adriancl tune it in.. we just got the facelift ecu tuned SPOT on and I picked up a little more power with that too. probably more dialing in the tune than switching to the facelift ecu or maybe because the facelift ecu allows more precise tuning , either way. I wanna get spraying before seasons over..
if my torque plus is accurate I pulled a 4.1sec 0-60mph but I didn't get a pic in time but then I still pulled a 4.4sec 0-60mph with pic.. I also estimated my car 270-300hp with its said mods according to others with similar mods made abd the parts are supposed to make according to their claims ( I take the lowest claimed number ) and my torque plus said it's 295hp.. imo it legit feels accurate. It feels just as fast as my bolt on 97 30th and z28 I had. And it had the lt4 topend package and 355 rear gearing but was an auto. Once meth is dialed in come next season , dyno then track..
get some real numbers then..

So many more mods and extra boost later I have a question.
instead of using my neth for better octane rating and cylinder cooling by injecting into the drivers side intercooler horn....
Is it safe for my Sprintex to have it injected into the boost tube befor the supercharger? I feel thatd be most beneficial for cooling because it would disperse all through out the supercharger, horns , intercooler and possibly into the intake Manifold..
I just wanna know that it would be safe to do so and not lock up my supercharger or something...

From my understanding you’re wasting the meth going to the super garage plus i do think it’s good for the seals. Best place is after on the intake horn. Or if you want to get technical. Do it on the intake one per cylinder.

one per runner would defeat the purpose even more.. my goal is to have it moved as far back near the throttlebody as possible inorder to keep THE ENTIRE intake system and sc colder..if the sc runs cooler thatll be keep everything else cooler.. sure I will loose the ability to run extra timing because the methanol will not be as effective due to evap and stuff BUT that's exactly what I'd want , I'd want it to almost fully dissipate and keep my intake far far colder and just have it run abit more timing from it running cooler but have it put much less stress on everything because my hotside of my intake won't be SO HOT. after driving in almost 100'F weather and traffic , I could barely touch my hotside after I got home and my iats just cruising were 120-130 and I'd see 160-170 for a few seconds durring hard pulls BUT it cooled down immediately . But I feel if I could get that methanol further back it would help those iats much much more..
people run meth through their Eatons and Magnuson superchargers wothout issue so I'd assume I could with my Sprintex. I don't think anything inside the sprintex rubberwise gets any contact to the intake tract either but I could be wrong but when I'd had it opened up I sure didn't see any..
lol I could fill the drivers side horn hole then WITH A 50 shot of DRY NITROUS.. lol now THAT might be the combo !

I would like to comment maybe in pm I guess. Seems whenever I comment lately others who dont have first hand experience muddy the pool for your information. I will gather my data on your question and compile it for you in a pm.

First off again don't listen to people here who speculate or bench build race. That being said will it over time eat the Teflon coating sure but so far down line who cares. Second its atomized so fine....anyway I dont want to go into this much. Look at the vette forums the aquamist forums. I spray post and pre. I have gained 4 psi and different map pattern based on this. I am a proven fixed data point not a speculated point based on I heard this or that or this. Pm me if you want hard core info on where and how to do this. I spray 80cc pre and 500cc post. My case is cold to touch after huge power runs.

Again all the loud info or noise will be as above from I heard this or that from a guy who did it to a guy who didn't lube up from a guy who left his bottle blanket on over night etc. Aquamist forums Vette forums all from people with more invested then some cooper owner.
