Aisin solenoid adjustment for R53 clutch slippage

With the help of this forum I recently decided to change out all my solenoids after experiences an occasional false-neutral shift from 2-3 gear. Now that the new solenoids are in, that problem if fixed (Yay!), however a new issue has come up. Anything over 50% throttle in 1st or 2nd gear is now creating some pretty serious clutch slip. I understand the solenoids are adjustable, but does anybody know which solenoid would correlate with 1st and 2nd gear slipping? Which direction to turn, and maybe even a recommended amount to turn? Any help is much appreciated!
