Corbeau RRX Seats

Has anyone installed the latest Corbeau RRX seats in their R53? I'm wondering how well they fit. They look great for the price. Also, I'm aware that the in-seat airbag wiring will need resistors, but how is the passenger seat weight sensor handled - also a resistor? Thanks.

Pre-facelift mats can be fooled with a resistor, IIRC. Post needs either a special module or coding.

Thank you. Mine is a 2006. I have read that some folks insert the mat into the aftermarket seats, but I'd prefer not to do that, since there would be uncertainty over whether it is sensing the weight correctly. It seems like the module would be best (for reversibility).

Is this the sort of module you are referring to?
