Hello I decided to replace m cam in my 05 S with 170k miles. I have all the supporting mods so I decided to go with a RMW race cam. Well after pulling the original it’s definitely worn out and all the rocker rollers has scuff marks. My question is did the cam cause the problem on the rollers or did the rollers cause the cam wear?
If the rollers are spinning freely, I'd suspect that it ran low on oil at some point. If it was just one, I could see a faulty roller, but not all of them.

that would have been from the previous owner since I’m **** about car maintenance. I did order new intake and exhaust rocks don’t want to chance those with a new cam.
