Radio Problems

My radio keeps turning on even with the key out of the ignition. Ive taken out the fuses so it stops draining the battery. Is this a problem with the ignition switch, the radio itself, or something entirely diffrent? Would it be possible to test the radio or ignition switch for parasitic loss with a multimeter?

Has to be a damaged power switch in the radio. Remove the radio, hook it to a 12V source and see if you can replicate the problem,
