1-800 ASK-MINI ( Busy)
I have been trying to get through for the last few days but the line is always busy, is any body else in the country able to get through?

Also, I doubt that they were open on the holiday weekend? Hope that helps, and yes, it is 1-866-ASK-MINI, not an 800 number.
