Low compression on 3 of the 4 cylinders

Help/advice:
(Crosspost from stock problems however it prob should go here...)

2005 R53 6sp 109k miles (17% up 2016, 1 step colder plugs 2016, 380cc injectors 2018, JcW intake factory, JcW exhaust 2018, JCw tune 2018). Synthetic oil changes every 2-3k miles.

The car is very clean and well maintained. I love it. I want to keep it. However it’s nearly undrivable especially when I first start up and pull out of driveway

Dropped it off at an independent. He said 3 cylinders are between 103-115 and probably due to lean conditions while driving without the larger injectors. Waiting to hear back from mechanic as he said he’ll research some different options.

On the hiway at WOT until about 4K rpms the car/engine does tick like it’s running lean.

Before he gets back to me what else should I ask him to check/measure to make this less painful? Can this be fixed without scrapping the engine?

I think it’s rebuild or buy used with good cylinder walls and rebuild that? I honestly have no clue about top ends and bottom ends and what not.

I’m completely beside myself.
Thanks
