3 of the 4 cylinders ~100psi compression

Just dropped it off at a small highly recommended local Indy (Audi bmw mini) because it was nearly undrivable.

2005 R53 109k miles (17% up 2016, 1 step colder plugs 2016, 380cc injectors 2018, JcW intake factory, JcW exhaust 2018, JCw tune 2018)

The car is very clean and well maintained. I love it.

He said 3 cylinders are between 103-115 Waiting to hear back from mechanic with options. And prob due to lean conditions while driving without the larger injectors.

on the hiway at WOT until about 4K rpms the car/engine does tick-tick-tick (sounds lean)

before he gets back to me what else should I ask him to check/measure to make this less painful?

I think it’s rebuild or buy used with good cylinder walls and rebuild that? I honestly have no clue about top end and bottom end and what not.

thanks.
