Do these symptoms sound like a bad knock sensor ??

So I been chasing down a gradual power loss and now it does nothing pretty much past 3k rpm and makes no power..
it idles great and drives great at partial throttle.
I can't get the cel to come on again BUT when I did I got the code pictured below. But it won't come up again though I don't wanna drive it until it does if it takes a certain amount of time..
I double and triple checked for vacuum leaks and did find a loose hose and fixed that but it had no change in power gains but did help driveability.
I just replaced my front 02 sensor and cleaned both map sensors and even grabbed 2 spares from the junkyard hoping it was those , but I swapped them all around with no change .
I just don't wanna go and do all the work and replace the sensor for no change...
What are your guys thoughts? I'm 85% sure its the knock sensor though..

So the sensor was good but your wire melted? Wire repair fixed the power loss issue?

I don't know , the sensor wire got pinched so I am replacing the sensor because I don't wanna try and repair the wire only to get it all back together to still be bad..
