Lots of thanks to EAGLECOMM, took me less than 10 minutes to remove this stuck\seized outer balljoint.
This technique is the best no hammering on knuckles, no damage on threads, no bent knuckles or any knicks, no need to use humungous forks, no prying, the ball joint stay as is no damage, no damage on balljoint's boots and no blowtorch.... JUST PLAIN CLEAN REMOVAL.
I used milwaukee impact tool, impacting little by little, then as it starts having gaps between ball joint plate and the knuckle I started spraying in between.Slowly pulling the ball joint away from the knuckle., I bought bunch of thick washers 1/2 inch diameter size ( almost M12 size ) from Home depot.
Again thank you EAGLECOMM.... this should be documented as number #1 tip in removing seized balljoints. Unless there's easier than this.
