Airbag light

Hello forum, purchased a second 2006 r50 mini for the kiddo. Trying to get a few things fixed. It's coming along. However need some assistance on this one.

Airbag light is on. The light on the cluster (speedometer) and the light up near the rear view mirror. The "+2" light (occupancy sensor?).

Attached are all the related error codes I have from inpa. Looking to narrow it down...some things I might try / replace...

Seems to me like the PO might have disconnected the plug from the seat and turned on the ignition or drove the car. You might be looking at a trip to the dealer to have the light reset.

+1 on the disconnected plug. Happens when the seat is removed. My Bavarian Technic will reset it easily. INPA should also do the same.

Ok will give that a go tomorrow.

I’m pretty sure I did reset all errors, but now I’m second guessing that.

ill report back

Update: dealer replaced the mat on recall. No charge. Airbag lights are off on the cluster and next to the rear view mirror. Seems to be problem solved.
