I bought a fire extinguisher bracket from H3R Performance for installing one on my roll bar for the recently completed RSD.

It came and I was impressed with the construction and the instructions. I read the instructions. and very clearly they said, "don't over-tighten".
Well with the small screws and lock nuts it was a little hard to tell how tight they were getting and of course I broke one of the brackets.

I emailed the company to see if I could buy just that part as there was no issue with the product, but was a obviously case of operator error.

I received a reply, [on a Sunday no less] and was asked to send a photo of the damaged part so they were sure of which to send which I did.
On Wednesday I received the replacement part, plus a new set of screws, PLUS a bag of gummy bears! Free of charge!

Then I realized the person that replied to my email was the vice-president of the company!

Now that's the way to run a company! A big thanks to H3R Performance and please check them out if you need anything along those lines.
They deserve your business!
