R50/53 GPS antenna removal help

GPS antenna removal help

I have the sharkfin GPS antenna on my car and for the life of me cannot figure out how to remove it...
can some one please educate me. Its time I modify my roof too !

From pics of the shark fin it looks like lowering the headliner, unplugging two connectors, and removing the mounting nut should do it.

What’s the plan for the roof?

o duh, I didn't even think to check under the headliner.
I have a golf ball sized patch of scratches on the roof that have ALWAYS bothered me SOOOOO I bought a big ole sheet of carbon fiber wrap.
